At HK Choice, we are committed to providing high-quality ladies’ undergarments. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Items Eligible for Return & Refund
✅ Bras (Single Piece Only)
- You can return a single-piece bra within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. - Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Upon successful quality inspection, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Items NOT Eligible for Return & Refund
❌ Lingerie Sets (Bra & Panty Sets, Panties, or Any Innerwear Including Panties)
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie sets or any innerwear that includes panties.
- Please check size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Return Process
Initiate a Return
To request a return for eligible items, contact our support team at Email contacthkchoice@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Pickup/Shipping
We will arrange a return pickup (if applicable) or provide a return address. The item must be packed properly to avoid damage.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive the item and it passes the quality check, we will process your 100% refund within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchanges; only returns for eligible items.
Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted for returns.
